Our cacao is 100% ceremonial grade, sourced from the Sierra Nevada of Colombia and cultivated by the Arhuaco Indigenous tribe, then processed at the Origen Reserve in San Roque, Antioquia.

Natalya Maria Spicker is a Miami-based Colombian entrepreneur, recording artist, and the visionary behind Got Cacao?—the brand anchoring her work at the intersection of cacao, music, and conscious connection. She is also the former founder of Aura Cacao Lounge, one of the East Coast’s only dedicated cacao lounges, which she built into a cultural hub before closing its physical doors in April 2025. Today, that vision lives on through immersive experiences she curates across Miami—blending ceremonial cacao with live music, DJ collaborations (Lincoln Jesser and Franko Heke, and elevated community gatherings in spaces like Faena Miami Beach, The Moore Miami, 1,000 Hidden Palms, and Andaz Miami Beach. As a recording artist, her music is an extension of her mission—channeling empowerment, embodiment, and truth through sound and presence. She release her first single in 2026!
Her trajectory has spanned an award-winning corporate career at the intersection of government, technology, and enterprise transformation. She is a trusted advisor and subject matter expert for Senior Leadership at one of the world's most prestigious talent giants, Robert Half International. Her secret sauce? Building great teams and cultures for the world's most admired brands and companies.
Over the last decade Natalya has spearheaded global consulting engagements focused on Digital Upskilling, DEI, Workforce Transparency, and Equal Economic Opportunity with advertising conglomerates, Fortune 500 brands, in partnership with US, Colombian and EU policymakers on —advancing and advocating for thousands of professionals, most of them women, worldwide.
Natalya is deeply devoted to human development—guiding individuals and communities through creative awakening, self-leadership, and personal expansion. Her work bridges structure and soul, performance and purpose, inviting people back into alignment with their inner voice and creative power. This next chapter culminates in the launch of The Artist’s Way Miami Morning Pages Community, beginning April 24, 2026—a 12-week guided experience designed to help individuals reconnect with their inner artist, build discipline through daily practice, and unlock a more expressed, fully realized version of themselves.
